Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the formulation and execution of performance advertising creative strategies to support advertisers to achieve their growth goals 2. Formulate creative content procurement plans, interface with and manage material producers, be responsible for material quality and delivery efficiency, and ensure the implementation of creative strategies 3. Monitor and analyze material effect data, continue to optimize creative strategies, and output material usage suggestions to coordinate delivery to optimize advertising effects 4. Pay attention to industry trends and content hot spots, monitor competitive product creative strategies and follow up in a timely manner, continue to innovate, and promote breakthroughs in creative forms 5. Summarize volume rules, precipitate creative work methodologies, and empower multiple products to improve creative effects or collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, experience in effective advertising creative planning, talent marketing, or media platform creative operations and other professional backgrounds are preferred 2. Have good marketing thinking, be good at exploring product value points, understand user needs, and formulate effective marketing content strategies 3. Be familiar with the advertising formats of various media platforms, have control over and accumulate methods for optimizing various types of content such as information streams, celebrities, and live broadcasts 4. Have a strong spirit of innovation and execution, be sensitive to content hot spots and creative industry trends, have an open mind, and be able to continue to explore innovative directions and promote their implementation 5. Be able to skillfully use various data and content analysis methods to locate problems and formulate targeted optimization strategies, and have judgment and rapid learning ability 6. Clear logic, capable of abstract thinking, good at discovering and summarizing rules, and making systematic and structured output and presentation 7. Strong self-motivation and pressure resistance, good at communication and cross-department collaboration, and a sense of teamwork 8. It is better if you have marketing experience in AI products, short drama/novel products, social products, etc., and have enthusiasm and curiosity for AI products and new technology applications.
