Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience working with .Net application support and Enhancements.
- Candidate should have 5+ yr. exp in Microsoft Technology - ASP.Net,C#.Net,VB.Net , MS SQL
- Good functional understanding of Ecommerce application.
- Working knowledge in a Techno functional role within a Support set up is required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.
- Sound knowledge of Code set up and replicating issues for suggesting remedial measures.
- Identifying and resolving technical and functional issues.
- Maintaining and updating technical / functional documents and procedures
- Should have working experience in Service Now.
- Good in stakeholder management, monitoring, and communication skills.
- Should be good in verbal and written Cantonese and English language.
Nice to Have Skills:
Good to have Oracle database Experience.
