Dot Net Application Support Engineer

Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience working with .Net application support and Enhancements.
• Candidate should have 5+ yr. exp in Microsoft Technology - ASP.Net,C#.Net VB.Net, , MS SQL
• Good functional understanding of Ecommerce application.
• Working knowledge in a Techno functional role within a Support set up is required.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.
• Sound knowledge of Code set up and replicating issues for suggesting remedial measures.
• Identifying and resolving technical and functional issues.
• Maintaining and updating technical / functional documents and procedures
• Should have working experience in Service Now.
• Good in stakeholder management, monitoring, and communication skills.
• Should be good in verbal and written Cantonese and English language.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Good to have Oracle database Experience.
