Are you a strategic sales leader ready to drive transformation and shape the future of our distribution network

We are looking for a high-caliber Distributor Management Manager to join our Sales team in Taipei, Taiwan. In this critical role, you will be the key architect behind our route-to-market strategy, operational excellence, and distributor partnerships.

Summary

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead a team of regional direct reports. You will own the strategic optimization of our distributor network, lead the upcoming distributor consolidation project, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive net revenue growth, manage trade investments, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Professional Scope

Route-to-Market (RTM) & Distribution Transformation

  • Optimize our route-to-market strategy and territory coverage, managing a balanced channel volume distribution (focusing on HSR coverage >70% volume, with DSR covering the remaining 30%).
  • Lead and execute the high-profile 2027 distributor consolidation plan according to corporate design to maximize market efficiency.

Performance Tracking & Joint Business Planning (JBP)

  • Monitor distributor performance through rigorous KPIs (Volume, ASO, VPO) and set up strategic DIP targets.
  • Drive regular business reviews, leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) and quarterly reviews for our top 50% distributors.
  • Flawlessly execute go-to-market plans, promotions, and product launches to improve Net Revenue/HL vs. Previous Year through tight pricing and value chain execution.

Trade Fund Ownership & Supply Chain Collaboration

  • Full ownership of the GT Trade Fund (DIP & value chain investment), while influencing and aligning BTL plans to synergize with trade fund investments.
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to elevate demand planning and forecasting (targeting M-3 FCST accuracy >75% and Case fill % >98%).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to reduce stockouts, maintaining distributor stock days within the target of 14-21 days.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in distributor/channel management or sales roles, with a track record of driving market growth. (Experience in the Eating & Drinking / HoReCa channel is highly preferred).
  • Core Competencies: Solid understanding of distribution networks, supply chain, and route-to-market models. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex sales data and market insights.
  • Language: Moderate level of English proficiency is required at least.
