Distribution Sales Manager - S.E.A

Job Description:

1. Champion of assigned distributors in Asia
2. Achieve PoA, Opex & AR target
3. Ensure PoA, PoS, Inventory balance
4. Responsible for stock rotation, price protection, forecast
5. Align with PMs on product promotion strategy, including NPA, focus products promotion
6. Follow up/Initiate Incentive program to motivate distributors and drive sales growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration/ E&E
• Min. 10 years of related work experience is preferred
• Have some experience in the distribution or good knowledge on the electronics industry and customers
