Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the operations of the settlement operations department, including team building, management, and development.
- Oversee the company's settlement system daily operations and review the accuracy of settlement data.
- Familiar with international banking systems, as well as the capital clearing and settlement requirements of overseas third-party payment institutions or internet financial enterprises.
- Collaborate with settlement business leaders to establish capital clearing and settlement standards and compliance requirements.
- Lead the team to continuously improve and optimize settlement-related systems and workflows, ensuring the achievement of company business objectives.
- Work closely with other settlement operation departments to improve customer satisfaction with settlement services.
