This role is located in Jersey City, NJ Overview: We are seeking a Technology Solutions Architect specializing in Wealth Management to support the design, consulting, and execution of technology initiatives for our most strategic clients. The role focuses on delivering unified wealth platforms and advancing Wealth as a Service (WaaS) capabilities to position BNY Pershing as the leading provider in the US In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships between our strategic clients and BNY Pershing's engineering teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness to client needs. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, anticipating their technology needs and proactively connecting them with appropriate BNY resources. Provide expert consulting on technology solutions that align with client goals and BNY Pershing's unified wealth platform strategy. Support the design, configuration, and implementation of integrated wealth management solutions. Provide oversight for technology initiatives and be the senior level escalation point for our clients engineering leaders. Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and internal teams including architects, engineers, and product managers. Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and client experience by sharing feedback and trends observed with product and engineering leaders. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and internal security policies. Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices. Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the technology consulting team. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Experience as a Technology Solutions Consultant or similar role within Wealth Management or Financial Services. Strong understanding of wealth management platforms and technology trends, including WaaS. Proven ability to engage with strategic clients and translate business needs into technology solutions. Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and system integration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in wealth management technology. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
