The Role

As a Product Manager for Agentic AI Platforms at Kyndryl, you'll lead the development and evolution of our Agentic AI Platform. This platform enables users to design, deploy, and manage intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks across various domains. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for a platform that empowers our customers to build the next generation of AI-driven solutions.


What you'll do:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for the Agentic AI Platform, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends in agentic AI.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap based on strategic imperatives, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, communicating it effectively to stakeholders.
  • Requirements & Specifications: Translate high-level product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, Ux/UI designs, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Feature Definition: Drive the definition of core platform features, including:
  • Agent orchestration, collaboration, and lifecycle management.
  • Tool integration frameworks (e.g., custom tools, API integrations).
  • Memory and context management for agents.
  • Monitoring, observability, and debugging tools for agentic workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years working on AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or complex enterprise software.
  • Experience for Ux/UI design using tools such as Figma.
  • Demonstrated understanding and passion for Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-agent systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Production Design or a related technical field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers and understand architectural trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to define and launch successful products in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) or building similar autonomous systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
  • Background in software development or data science.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI development.

#AgenticAI

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $190,560 to $395,040

Colorado:$173,280 to $329,280

New York City:$207,840 to $395,040

Washington:$190,560 to $362,160

Washington DC: $190,560 to $362,160

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
