This role report to Head of Partnership Digital, Data and Platform, leading the endtoend performance management and reporting agenda for Group Partnership Distribution-building and owning Power BI analytics, standardizing & automating reports for both external and internal use to generate performance insights and actions.

This position can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management & Insight Generation

  • Lead the endtoend Partnership Distribution performance framework ensuring consistent tracking across partners and markets.
  • Work closely with Account team and Strategy team to deliver insightdriven performance narratives for business reviews, pinpointing drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Conduct deepdive analytics (e.g., product mix, productivity) to support identification of improvement actions and quantify commercial impact.
  • Maintain and evolve the PD KPI metrics tracking & reporting

2. Dashboard Development & Data Enablement

  • Own and design the Power BI for Group Partnership Distribution team, closely work with and leverage data source from Group Finance and/or Local Business Units.
  • Build automated dashboards covering sales trends, productivity, funnel diagnostics, partner benchmarking, and other key PD KPIs.
  • Partner with Group Finance to drive performance report automation

3. Reporting & Governance

  • Produce performance packs for Group Partnership Distribution team, partners and internal governance forums, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Drive the PD reporting cadence across Group and markets, consolidating inputs across from Finance, Risk and local PD teams.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and thirdparty oversight requirements when using partner data.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in performance analytics/BI/MI within life insurance, bancassurance, or broader financial services
  • Proven design/ownership of Power BI models and executivegrade dashboards
  • Strong analytics skills, comfortable synthesizing complex datasets
  • Strong communicator with good influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong capabilities in project management
  • Good team player
