Job Description

  • Oversee four major operations functions in EMEA including central ops and compliance, payroll, onboarding and local representatives.
  • Be the trusted advisor to all stakeholders within the scope of global employment, international mobility and regulatory compliance.
  • Be the owner of our central knowledge base and develop strategy plan to encourage all stakeholders to contribute to and utilize the knowledge base.
  • Be the owner of global employment and mobility solutions for EMEA, and to guide and handover these solutions internally to sales and operational stakeholders.
  • Work with our Legal Department or internal stakeholders/external vendors on both internal and legal documentations, including but not limited to Employment Agreement, work rules and policy, knowledge base documenting global employment regulations, best practices, FAQs as well as internal operational procedures and processes.
  • Provide key support for internal stakeholders such as sales, customer service, employee relations and payroll departments.
  • Advise on, execute and project manage strategic operational expansion efforts into EMEA or other assigned jurisdictions.
  • Provide regular training to the sales and operation steam to build up their knowledge on handling HR compliance or payroll related matters.
