About the Role

Develop the holistic High Net Worth strategy across markets for agency, including end-to-end ecosystem (such as proposition, product, underwriting, value-added services, platform and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution on the following -

• Develop and execute the Agency specific strategy for HNW segment with the goal to grow HNW market across AIA BU Agency
• Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategies and client experiences
• Define and prioritize strategic initiatives
• Lead the development of specialized insurance-based wealth management solutions tailored to HNW individuals
• Develop templates and tools to enhance BUs capabilities in managing HNW business
• Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns, including exclusive events and digital initiatives, to engage HNW clients
• Establish KPIs to measure the success and monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement as needed and implement changes
• Assess potential risks within HNW strategies and create mitigation plans to ensure business success

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experiences in the insurance or financial services industry, with specific exposure to HNW clients and products.
• A solid understanding of the insurance industry and of the operational model of a Life company experience in Agency Distribution (working with Agency) is a must.
• Highly disciplined, detailed and broad thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with ability to present articulately with appropriate level of gravitas.
