Position Summary
Lead Delta's global Data Center Solution Implementation organization by developing solution implementation strategies, building world-class delivery capabilities, and establishing governance processes to ensure successful deployment of Data Center and AI Data Center solutions worldwide.
This role serves as a bridge between Data Center Business Units, product teams, and regional organizations, ensuring solution strategies can be effectively translated into scalable and repeatable project execution across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Strategy & Development
- Partner with Data Center Business Units to define and execute global Data Center Solution strategies.
- Drive integration of Delta and third-party technologies into comprehensive Data Center solutions.
- Translate business and customer requirements into deployment-ready solution frameworks.
Capability Development
- Develop and strengthen Solution Implementation capabilities across seven global regions.
- Establish competency models, training programs, certifications, and best practices for Solution Architects, Integration Engineers, Delivery Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Build a sustainable knowledge-sharing and talent development framework.
Process & Governance
- Establish global standards, methodologies, and governance for solution implementation.
- Define and optimize key processes including design review, project handover, commissioning, acceptance, and lessons learned.
- Continuously improve execution quality, efficiency, and consistency across regions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate activities among Business Units, Product Management, Engineering, Regional Solution Teams, Service Organizations, and Project Delivery Teams.
- Lead cross-functional communication, alignment, and issue resolution.
- Drive organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
Customer & Project Support
- Support major opportunities, RFP/RFQ responses, and strategic customer engagements.
- Participate in technical and architecture discussions with leading CSPs, Hyperscalers, and Colocation providers.
- Ensure successful execution of large-scale Data Center and AI Data Center projects.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines.
- 15+ years of experience in Data Center, Critical Infrastructure, System Integration, Engineering, or Project Delivery environments.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in global or regional organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Data Center power, cooling, monitoring, and infrastructure systems.
- Proven experience in process development, organizational change management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with AI Data Centers, Hyperscale Data Centers, or HPC environments.
- Experience with liquid cooling technologies including CDU, L2L, and L2A cooling solutions.
- Experience with 800V DC architecture, Solid-State Power technologies, or next-generation power infrastructure.
- Experience in Data Center planning, construction, commissioning, and operations.
- Experience working with major CSPs, Hyperscalers, or Colocation providers.
Travel Requirements
- Based in Taiwan.
- Frequent international travel required.
- Support customers, partners, and project teams across North America, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, India, Northeast Asia, and Australia.
