Role Description

As the Director of Academic Affairs at AAIA, you will oversee the academic programs, manage curriculum development, and lead faculty initiatives to enhance the quality of education. Responsibilities include conducting regular evaluations of teaching practices, ensuring compliance with academic standards, organizing professional development for educators, and fostering a supportive learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Linkou, requiring active collaboration with students, faculty, and staff to uphold the institution's educational mission.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 2+ years of leadership experience in curriculum development at international schools will be given priority.
• Strong experience in Education and curriculum development
• Proven ability to conduct Research and implement academic improvements
• Exceptional Customer Service skills for effective communication with students, parents, and staff
• Proficiency in Training and Coaching educators to enhance teaching methodologies
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field preferred, a Master's degree is a plus.
