Director, Global Quality Systems & Compliance

THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Director, Global Quality Systems & Compliance as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Vice President.

THE ROLE
The Director, Global Quality Systems & Compliance is responsible for:

• Establish and manage global Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or relevant standards.
• Lead internal/external audits, supplier quality programs, and drive compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry requirements across multiple sites.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Oversee risk management, document control, and change management processes, and build and mentor high-performing quality teams globally.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in quality leadership within EMS or contract manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of global regulatory standards and audit frameworks and proven track record managing multi-site quality systems.
• Experience with medical device, automotive, or high-reliability industries will be an added advantage.
