Responsibilities

• Define and develop the Enterprise 5G strategy and multi-year plans aligned with growth objectives. Manage portfolio financials, including P&L, investment budgets, and performance tracking initiate improvement actions with stakeholders. Drive healthy pipeline conversion and orchestrate key deployments to enhance scalability. Identify, pursue, and strategize account plans for enterprise 5G initiatives in priority sectors. Cultivate partnerships and ecosystems to facilitate co-creation and co-selling oversee solution testing and operational readiness. Translate business needs into effective operational workflows troubleshoot challenges and ensure accountability for results. Engage with key customers and prospects through solution consulting, deal shaping, and monitoring customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in mobile network operations, product development, or telecommunications infrastructure management. Proven track record in leading major projects and driving innovation in network technologies. In-depth knowledge of 5G technology, private 5G architecture, network slicing, and enterprise compliance. Experience in launching complex networking products or services at scale. Strong commercial acumen and effective cross-functional leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to translate technological capabilities into significant business value for clients. Proven experience in team leadership and development.
