Director, Analytics and AI

We are partnering with a leading organisation within the financial services space to identify a senior leader to drive its analytics and AI agenda.

This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities, while embedding AI-driven decision-making across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing Analytics / Data Science function across multiple markets
• Define and drive the organisation's data and AI strategy, aligned with business priorities
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Oversee end-to-end analytics initiatives, from use-case identification to deployment and value realisation
• Champion responsible/ethical AI practices and governance frameworks
• Build and strengthen data capabilities, including talent, platforms, and operating models

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Analytics / Data Science within financial services or consulting
• Strong track record in delivering enterprise-level analytics or AI transformation initiatives
• Experience managing regional or cross-functional teams
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across business and technology
• An advanced academic background in a quantitative or related discipline is preferred
