1. Product strategy planning, new product development and sales analysis (core responsibilities)
Responsible for strategic planning and planning promotion of insurance products, including new product development, product positioning and sales strategy planning, regular analysis of competitive markets and peer products, inventory of market gaps and product opportunities also responsible for analysis of existing product sales performance and product strategy requirements, and proposing product structure or strategy adjustment suggestions. When new products are launched online, it is necessary to plan core sales points, sales main points and channel promotion strategies, and cooperate with the introduction and promotion of insurance products.
2. Product project promotion and administrative support (supportive duties)
Support the promotion and operation execution of product-related projects, including product launch process assistance and cross-department communication, product system maintenance, product changes and content adjustments in response to legal or management needs, relevant data and web page content updates to meet audit needs, and administrative work such as cooperating with the listing and removal of insurance products and maintenance of related documents.
