Job Responsibilities

  • Store Policy and Platform Mechanism Consulting: Continuously track and interpret changes in Google Play/App Store policy system, review criteria, and platform mechanisms (including new features, new entry points, new capabilities, and related restrictions), and output actionable strategy suggestions, risk classification lists, and execution guidelines to ensure long-term stable growth of the business within compliance boundaries.

  • Multi-package/multi-product matrix strategy and governance: Based on business objectives and compliance boundaries, we provide overall planning suggestions for multi-package matrices (package positioning and differentiation, resource reuse boundaries, account and risk isolation, listing schedule and mutual impact assessment, etc.) to reduce compliance and risk control risks of matrix operations and improve long-term stability.

  • Release and Change Governance Support: For key actions such as listing/updating/store page adjustments, we provide policy pre-review and risk assessment suggestions before release, and output an actionable pre-release checklist (such as: supplementary compliance explanations, prohibited expressions in screenshots/text, key points of permissions and function descriptions, supporting materials and screenshots to be prepared, etc.), to improve the approval rate and version stability.

  • Identifying Platform-Driven Growth Opportunities: Focusing on new platform features/entry points/capabilities, identify applicable scenarios and implementation paths, providing phased strategy priorities and risk warnings to support long-term stable growth for the store.

  • Rejection/Removal Response and Appeal Strategies: In scenarios involving rejection, warnings, or removal, provide rectification paths, communication guidelines, and suggestions for appeal materials (how to organize supporting documents, how to phrase them for easier approval, and how to avoid recurrence of similar issues), shortening the recovery cycle and reducing business interruption costs.

Requirements

  • Policy and Review Capabilities: Proficient in Google Play/Apple App Store policy systems and review logic, with practical experience in compliance handling and closed-loop case studies; sensitive to and knowledgeable about platform mechanisms and new features.

  • Document Delivery Capabilities: Capable of delivering high-quality documents (roadmaps, risk lists, pre-release checklists, review proposals, SOPs/templates, etc.), with clear structure and immediate implementation.

  • Collaborative Development Capabilities: Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to efficiently align with product/design/operations teams to drive strategy implementation and mechanism development.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in policy compliance for financial/trading apps.
  • Experience in understanding and implementing policies, mechanisms, strategies, and implementation in multiple countries/language markets.
  • Experience in handling, reviewing, and systematically accumulating knowledge of high-risk events such as rejections/warnings/app removals.
