About the Role
Assist in gathering user requirements, documenting workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation or digitization.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support ongoing digital projects and system enhancements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Provide support for software development, user testing (UAT), system rollouts, and post-implementation tracking.
- Prepare training materials and assist in end-user training and adoption activities.
- Monitor and track basic KPIs for digital initiatives and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support coordination with vendors and internal teams for project execution.
- Perform data entry, validation, and basic analysis to support decision-making.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or project experience in digital transformation, automation, or analytics is a plus).
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) or SQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or RPA tools is a plus.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is preferred.
- Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and digital technologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from stakeholders and team members.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
