Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation
Manage project scope, timelines, governance, risks, and dependencies
Drive Agile or hybrid delivery across cross-functional teams
Engage senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technology functions
Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation delivery
Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements

Role requirements

8+ years of experience delivering transformation projects within Financial Services
Strong experience as a BA, PM, or PMO
Proven stakeholder management and delivery capabilities
Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or related certifications are advantageous
Preferred: Immediately available candidates or those with a short notice period.
