DSO is a corporate function collaborating with Delta's business groups and regions to design, develop, and pilot solution business management mechanisms and initiatives across Delta. Job Brief We are looking for a seasoned program manager who has experience of leading global digital transformation initiative, and is capable of facilitating global business units in designing transformation processes and developing supporting system requirements via strong project communication and management skills. Responsibilities 1. Lead business process analysis and re-engineering efforts as part of digital transformation 2. Facilitate the integration and optimization of ERP systems across multipole international locations 3. Apply scrum methodology to manage and deliver project efficiently on a global scale 4. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders , translating them into functional specifications 5. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align the solution with business objectives 6. Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes, considering regional variations 7. Create and maintain project artifacts such as user stories, process maps, and workflows that accommodate global business practices 8. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption of new systems and processes across different cultures and time zones 9. Develop and implement strategies for successful global system rollouts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years focused on global digital transformation projects Proven experience with ERP systems or system development in multi-national implementations Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and agile project management in global contexts Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex, cross-border challenges Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures Experience in requirements gathering techniques and documentation for diverse international stakeholders Demonstrated success in managing global system rollouts and implementations Excellency in English speaking and writing
