Job Description

1. Operational Improvement Support: Collaborate with the COO to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and facilitate the implementation of process optimizations.

2. KPI Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards to monitor and report on key operational metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
