We are looking for a digitally minded professional to drive the evolution of our customer and operational platforms through scalable technology and automation.
As a captive finance company of a global automotive group, this role is instrumental in enhancing customer journeys, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven engagement and decision-making across the organization.
This is not a campaign marketing role it is a business-facing digital position focused on building sustainable digital capabilities that support long-term growth and continuous process efficiency optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Solutions Ownership
Own and continuously enhance internal and customer-facing digital solutions to improve scalability and user experience.
Translate business needs into structured digital initiatives with clear success metrics.
Partner with business, IT, and external vendors and the Volkswagen Financial Services headquarters to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Steer digital initiatives from concept through implementation and optimization.
Marketing Technology & CRM Enablement
Drive the adoption and optimization of CRM and marketing technology to support personalized and data-driven customer engagement.
Manage and enhance platforms such as Salesforce and the LINE ecosystem to improve lead management, customer communication, and lifecycle activation.
Identify opportunities to enhance conversion, customer retention, and lifecycle value through scalable automation and data-driven engagement strategies.
Process Enhancement & Automation
Redesign workflows to reduce manual operations and operational friction.
Implement automation solutions that improve efficiency, control, and scalability.
Promote a digital-first operating model by challenging legacy processes and introducing smarter ways of working.
Data-Driven Decision Support
Leverage BI and analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights.
Establish meaningful dashboards and performance tracking to support business decisions.
Encourage a culture of measurement, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Governance & Collaboration
Ensure digital initiatives align with regulatory expectations and data governance standards.
Collaborate with regional and group stakeholders to align with broader digital strategy.
Effectively manage technology partners and vendors when required.
Hands-On Experience:
Hands-on experience designing and implementing digital solutions across CRM, marketing technology, workflow automation, and data analytics environments.
Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, LINE ecosystem, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable technologies is highly valued.
Preferred:
Experience operating in regulated environments such as financial services, fintech, insurance, or other data-sensitive industries.
Exposure to customer lifecycle management or subscription-based business models.
Familiarity with agile or product-oriented ways of working.
