Job Description

Position Objective:

  • Acquire new customers and grow customer lifetime value through digital partners and the Firm's platforms. Promote the Firm's products and services via partners digital channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute online-to-offline (O2O) marketing initiatives to acquire new customers to the Firm.
  • Responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing initiatives, projects and campaigns via partners digital channels, guided by the overarching strategy
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring successful delivery
  • Collaborate and coordinate with key strategic partners to co-develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the Firm's products and services
  • Ideate and perform rapid experimentation on marketing initiatives, projects and campaigns with the objective to improve performance
  • Track key success metrics of marketing initiatives, projects and campaigns and present campaign results to key stakeholders and management
  • Track and manage marketing spend within allocated budget
  • Create marketing presentation, generate, and create reports for stakeholders and partners
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements on the Firm's digital products and services, in collaboration with product marketing team
  • Collaborate with vendors/agencies to illustrate design ideas and product customer journey flow using storyboards and process flows
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks
  • Stay updated with the latest digital & social media trends and tools
  • Monitor and report brand and competitive activities

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing/mass Communications/Business Administration with minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in marketing/branding/social media background
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and partners
  • Strong project management skills
  • Meticulous and has good time management skills
  • Experience with enterprise CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Clever Tap, Braze is an added advantage
  • Comfortable with data and strong analytical skills – perform analysis, connect user actions to data points
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Keen sense for details with an analytical and critical thinking mindset
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
