Job Responsibilities:
Budget & ROI Management: Spearhead the paid media budget by channel ensure accurate pacing, precise forecasting, and maximum return on investment (ROI).

Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the Digital Journey Strategy team to seamlessly integrate paid media activity into the broader end-to-end digital customer experience.

Innovation & Growth: Identify, pilot, and scale continuous improvements across paid media channels, exploring new platforms and cutting-edge tactics to accelerate customer acquisition and engagement.

People Leadership: Coach, mentor, and support a Digital Marketing Specialist, providing strategic guidance to elevate their skills, autonomy, and confidence in execution.

Data-Driven Insights: Establish and lead regular performance reporting cadences collaborate with the Digital Analyst to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external agency partners to foster seamless collaboration across the global marketing function.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 12 years of experience in digital marketing. Must have a proven track record in paid media strategy and hands-on channel execution, preferably within a B2B, enterprise, or technology environment.

AI & Innovation: Familiarity with AI tools and a strong curiosity to apply them toward campaign ideation, content production, performance analysis, or optimizing workflows.

Analytics & Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other industry-standard platforms.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing or mentoring marketers, backed by exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Agility & Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking abilities with a knack for thriving in fast-paced, agile environments and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
