Role Mission
ASE is looking for a technical and proactive Digital MarTech Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the group's official digital platforms, leveraging MarTech and AI-driven data applications to ensure global brand consistency.
Your Impact
As a hands-on technical expert, you will bridge the gap between corporate vision and global execution. You will be responsible for the technical architecture of our web ecosystem, identifying functional gaps across regional sites, and determining the resources required to align them with global standards.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong IT/Systems background who enjoys using AI tools to drive efficiency and maintaining high-performance digital platforms in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Global Platform Technical Logic: Lead the technical configuration and functional logic of official websites and CMS platforms to deliver a seamless UI/UX and unified brand identity worldwide.
- AI & MarTech Integration: Spearhead the implementation of AI-driven tools and MarTech solutions to automate brand monitoring, optimize platform performance, and enhance digital marketing efficiency.
- Gap Analysis & Technical Standardization: Conduct technical audits of global site architectures. Proactively identify gaps in regional implementations, evaluate resource needs, and present data-backed proposals to management to drive global synchronization.
- Technical Implementation & Tracking: Oversee the deployment of advanced tracking (e.g., GTM, GA4) and data integration across all touchpoints, ensuring high data integrity for AI-driven analytics.
- Cross-functional Technical Coordination: Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT department and external vendors. Follow up on implementation progress and support issue resolution across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Work Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in web development, web systems analysis, or technical project management.
- MNC Experience: Proven track record in managing or auditing large-scale website architectures within Multinational Corporations (MNCs) or large global organizations is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Deep understanding of CMS architecture (e.g., Drupal, Sitecore, or WordPress) and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS logic).
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 setup, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with AI tools/APIs and how to apply them to improve web operations or data analysis.
- Collaboration: Experienced in working within corporate internal communication workflows; ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
