Job Description

As the SEM / SEO / AIO / AEO Manager, you will be the search strategy expert and coach at Nestlé Taiwan. Your mission goes far beyond managing campaigns.

You will: Define how search supports brand building and business performance across Nestlé Taiwan. Build search capability within Brand teams. Ensure agency partnerships deliver quality thinking, strong logic, and real impact.

You will sit at the intersection of brands, agencies, data, and strategy—helping Nestlé stay ahead in a fast‑changing search landscape.

Regarding the Role & Responsibilities, you will lead the way in shaping Nestlés search direction by:

  • Defining search strategies that clearly support brand and business objectives
  • Coaching Brand Managers on:

a. How to brief search agencies with strategic clarity

b. How to review, question, and challenge agency recommendations—on keywords, budgets, and performance assumptions

  • Translating complex and technical search topics into simple, business‑focused guidance
  • Reviewing agency outputs through a strategic lens—ensuring best practices, sound reasoning, and business relevance (not just media KPIs)
  • Supporting informed decisions across the funnel, helping brands choose the right balance between SEO, SEM, and integrated search investment

Qualifications

You're a search professional with strong expertise—and even stronger judgment. You bring:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to MNCs or within FMCG-related industries.
  • Deep knowledge of SEM, SEO, AIO, and AEO strategy, including keyword intent, structure, and budget logic
  • The ability to critically assess agency deliverables and challenge them with confidence
  • A solid grasp of search performance metrics and analytics, translating data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Practical understanding of technical and content SEO, enough to guide direction and standards
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms
  • Experience in a full‑funnel, performance‑driven digital media agency environment is highly preferred
