Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive student recruitment and brand visibility.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
LeadGeneration & Student Recruitment
- Generate quality leads and enquiries through digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, and social media advertising.
- Work closely with admissions and academic teams to support student recruitment goals.
Content & Social Media Management
- Create and oversee engaging content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Manage the institute's social media presence and online reputation.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content creators where required.
Website & SEO
- Maintain and update the institute's website to ensure accuracy and user-friendliness.
- Updating of website to adhere to the latest Edutrust framework.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare regular marketing reports for management.
Compliance
- Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with relevant Singapore regulations, including PEI advertising guidelines and data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Involvement for Edutrust renewals and compliance.
Others
- Leading and managing the Digital Marketing Team
- Ensure timely event turnaround and coverage
- Liaising with vendors for website, print and other relevant
- Working with teams from China and overseas
- Managing artwork requests for the team
- Assigning and delegating work to team members
- Ideation and video content creation
- Marketing budget tracking
- Task tracking using Asana
- Any other relevant duties
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in the education sector or student recruitment will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple team members and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with students and appearing on-site for shoots and event coverage
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders
- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability or short notice will have an advantage
