1. Maintain and continuously optimize the online insurance platform, and integrate the cross-sales process of online insurance and multimedia marketing channels. Through customer footprint and purchasing behavior analysis, we propose strategic plans to accelerate membership growth and increase sales.
2. Plan and promote list management strategies and strengthen cross-sales effectiveness to support the company's business goals.
3. Collaborate with frontline business and information units to introduce AI tools, plan and implement the CRM platform to ensure smooth system maintenance and sales processes.
Main responsibilities and measurement indicators:
Main responsibility 1: Maintain the stable operation of the platform, continue to optimize the user experience, and integrate the cross-channel sales process.

Main Responsibilities 2: Plan and implement list management strategies, improve cross-sales efficiency, and support business goals.

Main responsibility 3: Collaborate with business and IT teams to introduce AI Tools, planning and implementation CRM platform to ensure smooth sales process.
