Responsibility:
- Lead a crossfunctional squad to deliver digital distribution solutions across multiple business lines.
- Drive research, requirement gathering, and solution design for digital products and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT, risk, operations, and business teams to define and finalize solutions.
- Oversee UAT, defect management, regulatory approvals, rollout planning, and postlaunch performance.
- Support product delivery to drive business growth and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Experience or strong interest in AI, digital assets, or stablecoinrelated solutions is preferred.
- Strong interest in fintech trends and the ability to work in Agile environments.
- Proactive, collaborative, and strong in communication, problemsolving, and stakeholder management.
- Good command of English and Chinese Mandarin is an advantage.
