Job Project:
Responsible for the development and verification of SSD solid state hard disk products.
1. MLC (Multi-Level Cell) NAND Flash Algorithm, TLC (Triple-Level Cell) NAND Flash development.
2.PCIe SSD controller digital IC design, AES encoding/decoding and ECC circuit development.
Requirements for application:
1. College degree or above, majoring in electrical machinery, electrical machinery and control, communication engineering, telecommunications, and electronics.
2. Familiar with AES coding/decoding circuit design.
3. Familiar with BCH ECC, LDPC ECC and NAND Flash specification.
4. Experience in SSD product integration.
5. More than 2 years of SATA/PCIe SSD product development and verification.
