Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), including content ideation, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking
Develop and produce communication materials, including presentation decks and written content for both internal and external audiences (e.g. corporate announcements, feature articles, and executive messaging)
Support video content production, including basic script development, filming coordination, editing, and collaboration with internal and external partners
Support the execution and coordination of Corporate Communications projects, including cross-functional communication, timeline management, and follow-up on deliverables
Support internal communications initiatives, including but not limited to digital monthly publications and quarterly company-wide All-Hands meetings, as part of foundational development in corporate communications
Assist with other communications-related tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong command of English, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured, and fluent written content
Experience in social media management or content creation (in-house or agency experience both welcome)
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong presentation development skills, with the ability to create clear, structured, and visually professional presentation decks
Nice to Have
Experience in corporate branding, employer branding, or internal communications projects
Agency experience
Background in B2B, technology, or industrial-related industries
A strong interest in storytelling, visual content, and brand communication
Ability to communicate and read basic Chinese is preferred
Familiarity with basic video editing and design tools (e.g. Premiere, CapCut, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools)
Knowledge of SEO principles, certifications, or hands-on experience
