We are looking for a Digital Analytics & Marketing Optimization Specialist to strengthen how ASUS uses data to improve digital marketing performance.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, SEO, and marketing strategy. The focus is on analyzing digital performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping translate insights into actions that grow organic traffic, engagement, and conversion.

You will work extensively with SEO data, Google Cloud Platform datasets, and marketing performance data, combining technical analytics skills with marketing understanding. The role also supports the digital channel leadership team with analytical insights when needed.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in data, identifying patterns, and turning those patterns into clear stories and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Performance Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze global SEO performance including keyword rankings, organic traffic, SERP visibility, and conversion.
  • Use SEMRush and other SEO tools to track keyword portfolios, competitor performance, and content opportunities.
  • Identify data-driven opportunities to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Work with markets and content teams to translate SEO insights into practical optimization actions.

Digital Data Analysis

  • Analyze large datasets from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to understand digital marketing performance.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze digital channel data.
  • Build analytical datasets to evaluate traffic sources, customer behavior, and campaign performance.

Marketing Optimization

  • Identify patterns in digital data to uncover performance drivers and growth opportunities.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for improving marketing performance.
  • Support experiments and optimization initiatives across digital channels.

Reporting & Insight Generation

  • Develop structured reports and dashboards that track key digital performance indicators.
  • Use Excel and data analysis tools to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Present insights in a clear and structured way that helps stakeholders understand what is happening and what should be done next.

Analytical Support for Digital Leadership

  • Support the Digital Channel Management leadership team with ad-hoc analytical requests.
  • Provide analysis to support discussions on digital strategy, channel performance, and growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • 3+ years experience using SEMrush (mandatory)
  • 3+ years experience using Google Search Console (mandatory)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing datasets in Google Cloud Platform or similar environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex datasets).
  • Experience analyzing digital marketing performance data.

Analytical Capability

  • Comfortable working with large datasets and complex data structures.
  • Ability to identify patterns and insights in data and connect them to marketing actions.
  • Strong ability to turn data into clear stories and recommendations.

Marketing Understanding

  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and search performance drivers.
  • Interest in how data and analytics can improve marketing performance.
  • Curiosity to explore data and identify hidden opportunities for growth.

Education & Personal Characteristics

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar).
  • Curious and analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable exploring data independently.
  • Structured thinker who can simplify complex insights.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with marketing, analytics, and technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a bias for turning insights into action.

A Day in the Life

You start your day reviewing SEO performance dashboards to understand how ASUS is performing across key product categories. Using SEMRush, you explore keyword rankings and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve visibility. Later, you run a SQL query in Google Cloud Platform to analyze organic traffic and user behavior on key pages. You summarize the findings in Excel, highlighting a few insights that could improve content performance or conversion.

You spend part of the afternoon discussing your findings with the website or content teams, helping translate data into practical optimization actions. Before the day ends, you may support the digital channel leadership team with a quick analysis or update a performance report used by global teams.

Your role is simple but important: turn digital data into insights that improve marketing performance.
