The Digital Analyst is responsible for driving data analysis and insight generation across Sales Operations, Services, and Quality & Risk Management (QRM). This role leverages data analytics and AI-enabled tools to structure, clean, and analyze data, enabling informed decision-making, proactive risk mitigation, and operational excellence
The Digital Analyst plays a critical role in identifying data inconsistencies and gaps to improve data quality and reliability across regions and business units. This includes establishing standardized data models and governance practices at a global level. The scope of data is not limited to internal systems, but also includes unstructured data sources.
The Digital Analyst works with Sales Operations, Service Implementation and Quality & Risk Management Team to understand the business insights and establish proper global data structure to further support global decision making.
Leverage AI and digital tools as a core capability to enhance data processing and analysis, apply new technologies to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency, and enhance data visualization and reporting by integrating advanced analytics and insight generation
Qualifications
4–7 years in business analytics, or sales operations analytics.
Hands on experience on Excel automation, Power BI or any other AI tools.
