Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Lead Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will be instrumental in driving automation, improving system reliability, and enabling seamless delivery processes across cloud and hybrid infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, security practices, observability, and Agile DevOps culture.

Principal Accountabilities
Design implement and maintain CICD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub and Azure Pipelines ensuring efficient and reliable software deliverybr Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible enhancing system scalability and reducing manual interventionbr Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to build deploy and manage containerized applications ensuring high availability and performancebr Monitor and optimize system performance using Prometheus Grafana and the ELK stack proactively identifying and resolving issuesbr Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security practices into the CICD process enhancing the overall security posturebr Leverage AWS and Azure cloud platforms to architect and manage scalable costeffective infrastructure solutionsbr Administer Linux systems ensuring optimal performance and security while managing web servers like Nginx and Apache HTTPDbr Apply networking knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues ensuring seamless communication across systemsbr Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen contributing to strategic planning and decisionmaking processesbr Foster a culture of people excellence mentoring team members and promoting continuous learning and development
