We are hiring a hands-on DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to support cloud-native applications and enterprise observability platforms within a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, manage and troubleshoot containerised applications using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI or ArgoCD.
Implement application monitoring, metrics collection and dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana.
Collaborate with development teams on application instrumentation, logging and distributed tracing.
Troubleshoot deployment failures, application performance issues and production incidents.
Support automation, production releases and platform reliability improvements.

Requirements

2-6 years of relevant DevOps, SRE or cloud engineering experience.
Hands-on Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker experience.
Practical CI/CD experience.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana or similar monitoring platforms.
Linux administration and scripting knowledge.
Exposure to OpenTelemetry, Spring Boot instrumentation, Kafka, Mimir, Tempo or ClickHouse is advantageous.
Banking or financial services experience is a plus, not mandatory.
