Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and development of photovoltaic modules and system structures, including review of new structural requirements, 2D/3D drawing output, material selection, and evaluation of product cost, quality, and mass productivity
2. Responsible for the analysis and improvement of related defects in photovoltaic modules and system structures
3. Responsible for product sample trial production follow-up, process support, and structural improvement Analysis, quality assurance and supplier management
4. Responsible for effective communication with customers, EPC or other relevant business partners, and assisting in solving customer problems
5. New technology development and binary verification delivered on time
6. Complete component and system structure design knowledge system document output, patent writing, etc. and other temporary tasks
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
More than 2 years of work experience, BIPV, CIPV, 3C (such as mobile phones, computers, consumer electronics, etc.), photovoltaic power station project experience, photovoltaic module structure research and development, material introduction, module process work design experience is preferred
1. Proficient in using 2D and 3D drawing software (AutoCAD, ZW3D, UG, etc.)
2. Familiar with the material design, development process, and production process related to photovoltaic modules and systems
3. Be able to use software such as Ansys to conduct finite element simulation analysis of the stress state of the components.
Required majors: mechanical engineering, structural engineering, engineering mechanics, materials mechanics and other related majors
