Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
The Development Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of employees within the organization. This dynamic role is dedicated to conceptualizing, implementing, and managing development programs that elevate employee performance and nurture leadership capabilities. By collaborating with key stakeholders, the Development Enablement Manager fosters a culture where employees are empowered to Own Your Career.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Performance Development
(1) Innovate and implement robust performance development tools to support employee growth and instill a mindset of own your career.
(2) Identify and integrate cutting-edge development methodologies and delivery approaches to maximize impact and engagement.
(3) Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of development initiatives.
(4) Select and manage external consultants and partners for specialized development activities and ad hoc services.
2. Leadership Development Program
(1) Oversee the design, implementation, and management of leadership development programs.
(2) Facilitate open communication and provide coaching to support the development process within specific segments.
3. Data Analytics and Insights
(1) Design evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and impact of development programs.
(2) Translate feedback and data into actionable insights to continuously improve development initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. 12+ years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), especially in talent development area, or managing employee development programs.
3. Strong coaching and facilitation ability.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience in managing external partnerships and consultants.
7. Creative and growth mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
8. Fluent in Mandarin & English. Additional language skills, such as Japanese or German, are a plus.
