Responsible for the technical influence, product growth, and product experience management of TikTok's pan-architecture internal R&D tool products: 2. Implement data-driven operations by building a data market, conducting data analysis, etc. 3. Technical influence: enhance product awareness and technical influence through activities, content, user operations, etc., and promote internal technology precipitation and exchanges 4. Optimize training, documentation, work order support and other services for developer users through self-construction and collaboration, and continue to optimize service quality and improve developer experience 5. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in product operation 2. Applicants with experience in ToB/ToD developer operation, product operation, data strategy, etc. are preferred 3. Have relatively mature operation methodology and strong execution ability, strong sense of responsibility, good copywriting skills, and strong curiosity 4. Strong data analysis ability, good at discovering problems from data and promoting optimization iteration, data-driven operations 5.
