Key Responsibilities
- Manage design project scope, aligning goals with business objectives and ensuring efficient, cost-effective delivery processes.
- Lead collaborative planning by prioritising work based on capacity, tracking design team productivity.
- Refining and standardising design workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Cultivate a learning culture by providing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
- Assess and adopt advanced AI design tools while ensuring access to the latest software and resources to enhance capabilities and meet project demands.
- Design software implementation, procurement, maintenance, and management.
- Act as a bridge between design teams, tech team and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 2+ years of experience in Product/UX design and resource allocation, budget management, and project coordination.
- Proven track record of implementing design systems and workflow improvements
- Experience managing design teams or cross-functional design initiatives
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Excel) and design system tools (Figma)
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align design processes with overall business goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude, work collaboratively, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- A bachelor&aposs degree in design, project management, service design or a related field is preferred
