Collaborate closely with business units and R&D teams to understand project requirements and technical constraints, and plan and manage design and research projects accordingly.
Analyze business needs and technical feasibility, effectively allocate internal design and research resources, and propose optimal execution strategies.
Lead end-to-end project management to ensure timelines, deliverables, and outcomes meet stakeholder expectations.
Independently conduct market and user research to develop design thinking capabilities and generate actionable insights.
[Job Requirements]
Proven experience in product planning and/or project management; experience in product marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); overseas study or work experience is preferred.
Background in industrial design, UI/UX design, or user research is highly preferred.
