Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative journey for our fashion collections, encompassing diverse product categories such as sports and casual wear, athleisure, and timeless styles, ensuring every design reflects the brand's vision and resonates with our target audience.
• Conduct dynamic market research and trend analysis to translate insights into innovative design directions, setting the stage for future trends in women's wear.
• Provide inspiring creative direction and guidance to the design team, fostering alignment and consistency across all collections.
• Review and approve design concepts, samples, fabrics, and color palettes, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality and style.
• Effectively communicate design direction and progress to the team and cross-functional partners, ensuring a cohesive approach throughout the design process.
• Lead the entire go-to-market design process, preparing captivating design decks and model shop setups for impactful divisional presentations.
• Collaborate closely with product developers to follow up on styles and selected fabrics each season, ensuring seamless communication with market buyers and wholesale partners.
• Conceptualize and prepare for seasonal photoshoots that showcase our collections, capturing the essence of our brand and bringing our designs to life through stunning visuals.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in the fashion design field, with a focus on women's wear.
• Strong sense of fashion trends and expertise in new materials development.
• Proficient in design software.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while liaising with multiple parties to meet project deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
