Design Engineering Senior Manager (E&I)

Senior manager of electrical engineering team that designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electrical parts and integrated circuitry for electrical equipment or other hardware systems.

【Responsibilities】

- Responsible for leading a team of electrical design engineers in developing innovative and high-quality electrical solutions.

- Overseeing the entire electrical design process, from conceptualization to implementation

- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and delivering cutting-edge electrical designs that meet the needs of our organization and our clients.

【Skills/ Ability Generic】

- 10+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, with a demonstrated track record of success in leading and managing teams.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, concepts, and practices, with a focus on applying them in real-world design projects.

- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical design engineering.

【Education & Experience】

- 12+ years experience in a related field and 5-8 years experience in a Lead Role

- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

【Leadership Capabilities】

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
