Design Engineering Manager (Cloud)

Leads an electrical design engineering team, overseeing delivery of engineering activities aligned with organizational goals. Provides technical and operational guidance, sets priorities, and ensures quality, compliance, and timely execution. Collaborates with stakeholders, supports team development, and drives continuous improvement.

【Skills/ Ability Generic】

- Several years of experience in electrical design engineering, with demonstrated leadership abilities.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, concepts, and practices, with a focus on applying them in real-world design projects.

- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical design engineering.

- Familiarity with software tools and technologies used in electrical design engineering, such as CAD software, simulation tools, and project management software.

【Education & Experience】

- 8 to 12 years experience in a related field and 2 to 3 years experience in a Lead Role

- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
