We are seeking an experienced Head of Design to lead and inspire our UI, Visual, Video, and Content teams.
This role requires exceptional leadership and strategic thinking to define the overall design direction and ensure the quality and consistency of all products and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Manage and mentor the design teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the allocation of resources.
- Strategize & Execute: Define the design strategy, ensuring all work aligns with brand identity, user needs, and business goals.
- Assure Quality: Oversee all design projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery while championing innovation and maintaining a scalable design system.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 10 years of design experience with 5+ years in a leadership role, spanning UI, Visual, Video, and Content design.
- Skills: Proficiency with design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a deep understanding of design processes, brand identity, and content strategy.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
