Deputy Manager – IT Infrastructure, Insurance / Reinsurance (Singapore) (CLOSED)

A regulated financial services organisation is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to support enterprise infrastructure operations and cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise infrastructure across virtualisation, servers, networking, and security
• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory
• Oversee backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Support observability, monitoring, and performance optimisation of critical systems
• Manage endpoint environments and enterprise network/firewall configurations
• Participate in cloud migration initiatives (Azure/AWS) and support hybrid environments
• Ensure adherence to IT service management processes and ticketing workflows
• Support cost governance and FinOps considerations within cloud operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability and operational resilience

Key Requirements

• At least 10+ years experience in infrastructure engineering or operations
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or regulated industries preferred
• Strong hands-on expertise across virtualisation, networking, backup, and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience supporting mission-critical production environments
• Exposure to cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure models
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
