Deputy Manager, Finance

• Responsible for full set of accounts of a few operational entities, including management accounts, tax matters, GST and cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders including outsourced shared service providers
• Preparation of periodic accounting entries, payments and receipts, as well as monthly/yearly GL closings
• Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures
• Deal with internal and other stakeholders including tax agents, corporate secretaries, auditors and/or trustee of the REIT's entities
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management

Job Requirements

Prerequisites

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience.
• Have good understanding of the applicable Accounting Standards and proficient in financial analysis.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to interact and work across functions and levels
• Meticulous with positive attitude and willing to learn more
