Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and insights to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance. Evaluate M&A opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment while managing the overall transaction process. Support the strategic investment portfolio by reviewing investment proposals and monitoring financial performance of portfolio companies. Lead the annual budgeting process and mid-year reviews in alignment with organizational priorities, while facilitating cross-division collaboration. Maintain and enhance financial policies, internal controls, and compliance processes, guiding the team in resolving audit issues. Drive financial process enhancements and digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Build and inspire a high-performing finance team while developing staff capabilities through mentoring and strategic exposure.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 10 years of relevant finance experience in areas such as investment evaluation, corporate finance, or M&A. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent business partnering and communication abilities. Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience in change management. High learning agility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
