Deposit & Withdrawal Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and process user deposit and withdrawal requests to ensure secure, accurate, and timely fund transfers.
• Identify abnormal or suspicious transactions and collaborate with the risk control team for further investigation.
• Verify relevant documents and transaction records to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and other departments to resolve withdrawal-related issues.
• Maintain accurate review records and contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in crypto exchanges, payment institutions, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong risk awareness and attention to detail, with a high sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Familiarity with crypto deposit and withdrawal processes and basic blockchain knowledge is a plus.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required; English proficiency is also required for daily work communication.
