Job Title: Deployment & Care Engineer

Role: Signalling & Charging Management

Primary Skill: Linux, Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, Deployment Engineer, Configuration upgrades, Network Integration, Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Testing, Diameter/Radius protocol and Care support.

Experience: 3 Years+

Location: Taiwan

Skills Required:

• Candidate should have good understanding of the Signaling & Charging.
• Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi, IoT etc.
• Working knowledge on Authentication Authorization & Accounting (AAA) will be an added advantage
• Should have good understanding of on boarding, integration of the S&C domain in Cloud environment.
• Good understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
• Should be able to follow HLD / LLD for the Signaling & Charing network upgrades as per the customer requirements.
• Should be able to perform node on boarding (VNF/CNF), Node integration (Vertical/Horizontal) and upgrade of the S&C Nodes.
• Good working experience in Linux, Kubernetes, VMWare, and OpenStack principles and strong understanding of Diameter/Radius protocol.
• Experience with Cloud Native, Micro services, Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm
• Good in implementation of S&C nodes which should primarily include AAA, Radius. Perform initial diagnosis of incidents and find solutions
• Ability to handle signaling software upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
• Should be an excellent troubleshooter for care activities & alarm monitoring
• Perform Log collection, health check and facilitate troubleshooting sessions between customer & L3. Go-Live Support with UAT testing
